  Really poor service, tried to exchange a pair of sunglasses with a valid receipt but because they were purchased at another airport the week before, the staff member said he could not do anything. I asked him to email his customer service team on my behalf as it was 6.00 in the morning and no one would be there for me to call at that time but again he declined saying it was my issue to solve. Really really poor service.

  Great customer service.. no hard sale... actually listened to what I wanted.. left as a very happy customer... unlike the 1st store I went to ( not sunglasses hut) and received no help at all.. wish I had gone straight to the Sunglasses hut.

  Very dishonest store, tried to sell me scratched lens till I called the manager who confirmed its scratched and they wouldn’t sell it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at Gatwick North Sunglasses Hut store! Lillie was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such genuine and attentive customer service these days. Lillie is a real credit to the store – thank you for making my visit so pleasant!
